About the Artist Pantry

Emma Warburton is an artist. She grew up inspired by the large abstract paintings done by her grandfather, Tom Hodgson, of Painters Eleven. (Tom was also an olympic paddler in the C2 event.) She attended art-focussed Unionville High, then obtained a BA in Fine art from Concordia University, followed by an MA in Art Curating from London Metropolitan University in the UK. Like most artists, she continues to develop her own unique style. Emma noticed that our region enjoys a vibrant art community, but there was nowhere nearby to purchase art supplies. So she decided to open an art supply store. Meanwhile, her mom suggested she also sell unique Canadian food products that would appeal to like-minded people.

We offer a range of high quality paint, brushes, paper, canvas, pencils/markers, and more. We also custom stretch canvas to your desired dimensions. On the food side, we pride ourselves in offering unique Canadian products such as candied salmon, pickles and condiments, oils and vinegars, snacks, cereals, and more.  Check out our selection of canned seafood in the boat baby cradle, made by Emma's dad!

Haven't got something you want? Tell us and we will be pleased to get it! Our goal is to to build a product line that meets the needs of our customers.

The store also doubles as a small art gallery with paintings on the walls. We are inviting local artists to submit their own work for us to display.
